Curated by Nofoloco · North Fork, Long Island
A half-day gathering on the farm — a guided forage walk, time with a local herbalist, botanical paper-making by hand, and an unhurried spread of food and drink from the makers who call this place home.
How the morning unfolds
Each part of the day deepens the one before it. By the time you reach the table, you'll have touched the land, learned from it, and made something from it.
What's included
Spaces are limited and personal. Reach out directly — we'll confirm your spot and send details.
Every item on the table comes from someone nearby. These are the makers and growers who shape The Field & Table.

Rooted is a series of small, carefully curated experiences that bring people into real contact with the land, the makers, and the crafts of the North Fork.
Each gathering is built around a season, a skill, and a place — shaped by the farms, herbalists, makers, and growers who have roots here. The goal is simple: to leave feeling more present, more connected, and more alive to what's already around you.
The Field & Table is the first Rooted experience. Future gatherings will follow the seasons — a summer dye garden, a fall harvest morning, a winter table. Each one different. Each one rooted in the same place.
Rooted is curated and hosted by Nofoloco — a project built by someone who works on the farms, knows the makers, and is genuinely crazy about the North Fork.
